Terms of service
Last updated 23 September 2026
These terms govern the use of Rubi, a software service for proprietary trading firms. By creating an account or signing an order form you accept them on behalf of your organization (the Customer). An order form signed by both parties prevails over these terms.
1. The service
Rubi lets the Customer invite traders to AI video interviews, records the sessions, analyses them together with trading activity and provides reports, a dashboard, an API and integrations. Reports are decision support: the Customer remains solely responsible for decisions about its traders.
2. Accounts and access
- The Customer is responsible for its users, their roles and the confidentiality of credentials and API keys.
- The Customer must tell us promptly about any suspected unauthorized access.
- We may suspend access that threatens the security or integrity of the service, with notice where practical.
3. Customer obligations
- Have a lawful basis to interview traders and to share their data with Rubi, and provide any notice required by law.
- Use the service in compliance with applicable law, including data protection, employment and anti discrimination rules.
- Not reverse engineer the service, resell it, or use it to build a competing product.
- Not upload unlawful content or attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls.
4. Customer data
The Customer owns its data, including trader records, recordings and reports. We process it only to provide and improve the service for the Customer, under the data processing agreement and our privacy policy. The Customer's learning memory is never used for another customer.
5. Fees and payment
Plans combine a monthly fee, a number of included interviews and a price per extra interview. We invoice monthly in arrears for usage and in advance for the fee. Invoices are paid by bank transfer within the terms stated in the order form, 30 days by default. Late amounts may bear interest at the legal rate and may lead to suspension after written notice.
6. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available at all times, excluding planned maintenance announced in advance. Support is provided by email at hello@rubikyt.com on business days. Enterprise plans may include specific service levels in the order form.
7. Intellectual property
We own the service, its software and its models configuration. The Customer receives a non exclusive, non transferable right to use the service during the subscription. Feedback may be used to improve the service without obligation.
8. Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's non public information confidential and uses it only to perform these terms.
9. Warranties and liability
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong, and we do not warrant that a report detects every fraudulent behaviour. Except for breaches of confidentiality, data protection obligations or payment obligations, each party's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect losses or lost profits.
10. Term and termination
Subscriptions renew monthly unless the order form says otherwise. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. On termination the Customer can export its data for 30 days, after which we delete it, subject to legal retention.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law stated in the order form or, failing that, by the law of our place of establishment.
